The Gift Still Awaits
Christmas began with a GiftβGodβs love wrapped in a child, offered in a manger. A Gift foretold by prophets, sought by scholars, celebrated by shepherds, and embraced by hearts that dared to hope. A Gift that walked in our dust, healed our wounds, carried our cross, and rose to lift us home. This is the wonder of Christmas: God did not send a message from afar; He came close enough for us to touch.
Every story in Scripture whispers the same truth:
Love that is real must be given.
Love that is given must be received.
And love received must be shared.
The Magi traveled far. The shepherds ran quickly. The forgiven could not stay silent. Their lives were changed because they opened their hearts to Heavenβs GiftβJesus, the King who chose a manger instead of a throne, the Savior who gives all of Himself so we can give all of ours.
So today, as lights shine and carols rise, a quiet invitation remains:
Will you unwrap the greatest Gift?
Not the one under the treeβ
but the One who hung on the tree.
Not the gift that fadesβ
but the One who lives forever.
Christmas is more than a memory.
More than tradition.
More than a season.
Christmas is God saying:
βYou are loved. You are seen.
And I give you My very bestβ¦ Myself.β
May we receive Him with joy.
May we share Him with courage.
May we live like we have truly been given the greatest Gift of all.
Merry Christmas β
and may your heart never stop unwrapping His love. πβ¨
