Mist’s Iron Floor

From Skepticism to Solid Ground
Ultimately, the journey through the valley of doubt leads us to a foundation that is far more unshakeable. A faith that has survived the fire of questioning will not be easily extinguished by the passing winds of cultural shifts or personal tragedy. We learn that to be a vessel of honor means being prepared to be emptied of our own assumptions so that we might be filled with His eternal truth. The honest internal struggle is the necessary cleansing process before we can become witnesses who possess true authority and empathy for a world that is also drowning in questions.

If you feel you are in the darkness today, remember that the stars can only be seen when the sky is dark. Your doubt might be God’s way of revealing His light in a way you have never experienced before. Do not give up on His silence, for within that silence, He is crafting your character to bear the weight of a much greater testimony. After this internal search is complete, we will find ourselves standing on a historical foundation that cannot be moved by any myth or legend. We transition from the private wrestling of the soul to the public reality of a truth witnessed by hundreds.

The permitted doubt of today prepares us for the objective proof of tomorrow. We have wrestled with the “why,” and now we are prepared to look at the “how”—the historical evidence of the resurrection. If our faith were only a feeling, doubt would be its death. But because our faith is anchored in an event that occurred in space and time, our doubt can lead us back to the evidence. We move from the inner sanctuary of the heart into the open court of history, ready to hear the testimony of over five hundred witnesses who saw the impossible come to life.
